Perhaps it is not surprising that we have gotten calls from people asking if there is any coverage for Ebola contained in their home, condominium or apartment policies. Clearly there is a considerable amount of attention being paid to that illness and people are concerned.
However, there is no available coverage for treatment of disease in those policies. You need to look to your Health Insurance policy for that. Even if you have a very serious disease such as Ebola and know you do, but infect others, even accidentally, you may be negligent in your actions.
But even then, you may not have protection for the liability claims that could be made against you because your home policy very likely excludes coverage for such actions.
